In St. Moritz Bad, near the ski lift and thus ideally located for sportsmen and nature lovers, a self-check-in apartment complex was built. The innovative usage concept requires above all functionality and bright modern premises. An electronic key for the stay is sent to the guests before their arrival. Balconies are integrated into the facade, which is facing the sunnier front side. Without affecting the view, the facade has been complemented and enhanced with thin wooden slats, which also increase the privacy on the balconies.
