At the village entrance of the picturesque village of Sils in the Engadine, space must be created for local businesses. As the task is to build a large volume in a very sensitive spot, the goal was to design the newly emerging business park as a part of the surrounding nature in order to minimize the structure optically. The facade which faces the street appears as the new mountain foot for the viewer. The vector-shaped wood and meadow interplay, imitates the stone erosions, forest and meadow in the background. A skilful camouflage effect occurs for the viewer and the commercial park disappears in its surrounding nature.
