2700 meters above sea level, overlooking St. Moritz, a multifunctional hut was built for the World Ski Championship 2017. It is located close to the start of the races and serves as a warm up facility to athletes. Besides that the color for the slope marking is also mixed here. The architectural concept is a wooden construction with swivelable slats in the facade. This ensures that the strong sunshine can be optimally regulated. An uncomplicated and functional design with a slender slightly elongated shape guarantees a light and calm appereance. Following this approach the views into the picturesque mountains are not being unnecessarily disturbed.
